My all time favorite hole in the wall and best Mexican food around. Gotta have the chimichanga. Been going here for over 50 years. Family owned by the kindest family. really great and welcoming service.
Very cute little place hidden in the back of a neighborhood mall at the corner of Redmond and Meridian. Super clean inside with ample seating. Very friendly staff. Food came out of the kitchen fast and accurate to order. We ordered a variety of meals to please a party of 5 and everything was delicious! Save room for dessert because if they have bananas you gotta try the banana chimichanga with ice cream. I'm glad I snapped a picture before it was devoured! I see this place as being in our favorites rotation. Find this place and eat here!!!
I ordered the 3 combination plate, I did not know the combination plate also came with soup or salad. I ordered the authentic albóndiga soup it was very delicious. I ordered a large order of albóndiga soup to take home. Prices are very reasonable. Selena, the waitress gave us excellent customer service, this is a great Mexican restaurant to bring the family. This restaurant reminds me of my childhood in Mexico.
This little mom and pop Mexican restaurant is hidden in a corner of a parking lot in Almaden. The interior is cute with a lot of Mexican statuettes. I judge the authenticity of a Mexican restaurant first by whether the chips and salsa are original. Their salsa and chips seem homemade. The salsa is good, but I like it to be a little spicier. Their soups are made daily and are flavorful. The service is friendly, and prompt. Today, I opted for breakfast, which was huevos rancheros, which was simply cooked, but delicious. The spicy red sauce was tasty, and the eggs cooked perfectly. A good experience overall.
Decent portion size, affordable, tasty. I routinely eat their food. Not crazy about their chile rellano and their salsa is inconsistent week to week. But obviously that's not keeping me away! Small business, so the owners are very friendly.
The food is exactly the same as I remember as a kid. It is the Authentic and taste just like a homemade meal. From the salsa to start to the main dish, everything exceeds my expectation. The service is even better than the food because they treat you like family from the first welcome to the last good bye.
Delicious and always fresh seafood! Great service and nice selection of wine. Every dining experience has been very satisfying. Ask about their happy hour specials. Today I tried their flan for dessert and it is absolutely delightful. Probably the best flan I had in years. I highly recommend it. I forgot to take a picture of it. It was beautifully presented.
